So here I am, indulging myself in one of my favorite Italian restos in town.  Presentation is always great (who am I to resist snapping a shot every now and then? lol) and food tastes oh-so- delizioso!  And yes, they do taste as good as they look.  These four selections are always part of my usual.

First we have the Four Seasons salad which consists of crispy romaine lettuce, tomato, green apple, grapes, caramelized walnuts, and parmesan. It is then topped with crispy honey shrimp served with four seasons dressing.

Then we have my all-time-favorite Shrimp and Asparagus Alfredo.  It’s basically fettuccine in creamy Asiago Parmesan sauce, with shrimps and bacon asparagus tips.  I just can’t begin to describe the kind of high that I get lost into once I start with this course.

At times, in lieu to Shrimp and Asparagus Alfredo, I get the Spaghetti Al Nero for a change.  It contains mussels, shrimps, clams, calamari and spaghetti in squid ink sauce.

For dessert, we had Panna Cotta (served with your choice of sauce: from mango, blueberry or honey with walnuts) and Tiramisu (with mascarpone cheese, dark chocolate and espresso; got me a bit light-headed) this time ‘round.

By the time we were done, I was very full as full can be. Nothing like a good meal to keep me alive for the rest of the day!
